SNOQUALMIE, Wash., -- Bernhard Langer won his fifth Champions Tour title of the year Sunday, cruising to a 3-stroke victory at the Boeing Classic.
Langer fired a 3-under-par 69 to finish the event at 18-under 198, equaling a tournament record set last year by Loren Roberts at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge in Washington.
Nick Price within 2 strokes, but he eventually settled for a 1-under 71, good enough for second place at minus-15.
Langer had already won the Allianz Championship, the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am and the Senior British and U.S. Opens in back-to-back fashion this year.
Washington native Fred Couples carded a 5-under 67 Sunday to grab sole possession of third place at 9-under 207.
Fourth place went to Mike Reid (67) and Hal Sutton (70) at 8-under 208. Russ Cochran (66) and Keith Fergus (71) shared sixth at minus-7.
