Parker made 10-of-13 shots from the floor and had seven assists as the Spurs beat the 76ers for the 23rd time in their last 24 meetings in San Antonio.
Manu Ginobili added 18 points for the Spurs.
Reserve Lou Williams' 13 points led Philadelphia, which was outscored 35-12 in the third quarter.
The Sixers have now lost three straight and eight of their first 10 games to start the season.
