Big changes expected for Sirius XM's programming lineup are apparently ready to roll out this Wednesday.
The satellite radio company detailed a changed programming lineup in recent newspaper ads. The advertising promoted the new programming lineup as well as pricing. Executives speaking during a conference call Monday touched briefly on the coming changes, saying only to look for the choices tomorrow.
The advertising highlights 69 commercial-free music channels, including existing Sirius channels and streams dedicated to single artists and bands. Not all channels were listed. The ads also point out the satellite radio company's sports lineup and talk, news and entertainment channels.
The advertising also lists retailers selling receivers, including Best Buy, Circuit City and RadioShack.
