[Solved] we can't open skype you are already signed in on this computer fix windows 7

first open task manager to open task manager you must hold ctrl+alt+delete than click start task manager
you will see 2 things that say skype.exe close them both and restart your skype after this everything should work
enjoy your skype should be back to normal

to close them you must click on them and hit end process in task manager
