Still wet behind the ears

I am eletronically challanged but I manage to get my cw700s to work...Until this weekend. Is there a current fix that I have not found yet? The last one that I have is from 11/12. Any suggestions??

Hi this is Roadman1,my first time so please go easy on me.I to have the cw700 and have no picture or channels.Ihave the latest file but do I have to re-align my dish now that nimiq2 is down?And what are the coordinates to set the dish?
