Re: Platinum searching sig...

I have the same problem. There is no signal in TP Frequency 12224 and 12239 for Echostar 7. But when I try to switch it to 12516 the signal rises and when I exit it asks me to save. When I checked if the changes are saved, it goes back to the old 12224 and there's no signal again. Therefore most channels are skipped when I'm channel scanning. What do I need to do?

Re: Platinum searching sig...

If you're asking about the H/W Version, it's version V0.1.. If you're talking about the latest file I have, it's 090203P.. By the way, I changed my LNB just like what you said in the other thread.. I have signal now but no quality in Echo 7 when my TP frequency is 12224 or 122239. It's just when I change it to 12516 that the quality rises. Thanks again.

Re: Platinum searching sig...

Is there a way to save the TP frequency to 12516 cause it changes automatically back to 12224 once I save and exit? What other things can I do so I can do an autoscan and get more channels for Echo 7 regarding my situation?

Re: Platinum searching sig...

you can scan the transponder only and that will bring back any new or moved channels back on.

I did that by scanning 12224 and 12239 but there's no channel that can be found. I did it with 12516 but there's only few channels that came up. Before I used to have 800 plus channels. Now it's down to 400 plus.

Re: Platinum searching sig...

ok to get all of them back you will have to do factory reset or default and then re-scan each sat that you are using for example (119) lnb 1 (110) lnb 2 etc..
