Please Help

I'm having trouble loading the latest file onto my receiver. When I go to "Receiver Upgrade" and "USB" and I try press OK on the file, nothing happens. It usually starts the process and then restarts. But, this time when I press OK nothing happens. I've turned it off and on but I still get the same problem.

I'd appreciate any help.

New member
u have to unplug the power and wait for 6 second. then pluge the power back and try it. it should work. good luck.
