Missing channel guide Viewsat Ultra

Hello again folks, Need help with Viewsat Ultra. I have no channel info.
How do I get the guide. As well my channels are duplicated.

go here and download the file sat & channel and do factory setting and load the sat info file first and channel info and do the antenna setting and set you time area and you see the guide will work prefect

the Ultra Factory load file
then the master channel file
then factory factory reset?
