I have Viewsat ultra, DiSEqC DS41 4-Way and 3 dishes.

1. d!sh net D!sh 1000 Plus (110/119 D!sh)
2. 18" D-TV Dish (61.5 Rainbow D!sh)
3. Another 18" D!sh (spare)

Can I use the third spare D!sh to get B3V nimiq2 channels?
If yes then can Viewsat ultra handle 3 dishes with DiSEqC DS41? (in terms of power to D!sh is concern)

If not, What do I need to do to get B3V nimiq2 channels?

Thanks in advance

I don't see any problems with setting it up to Nimiq2, the disc switch only powers up one LNB at a time. I have set up multiuple sats on multible disc's and have got then to work even with over 100 feet of cable.

My understanding is with that switch you can run 4 dishes. I am north of the border and use 3 for 110,119 and 91. Make sure though you have a decent switch and not the cheapie that comes with the Ultra.

What do you pick up off of the 61.5 on the Ultra?

I have the switch that comes with ultra - DS41 DiSEqC
When you say a decent switch, can u suggest one. I just don't wish to kill my viewsta ultra box. And I am in Atlanta, GA. Will I be able to catch nimiq2?

Thanks

Yes you can get the NimiQ, but the regular channels are on the 91. 82 is for HD.

Not sure how it's spelt but pronounced cheeta is suppose to be a good switch. Being in Canada I have an outdoor type.

Sorry to ask again, but what do you receive off the 61.5 bird?
