I feel like i am repeating myself. When programing is free, like FTA then you have to live with it. If you bought your ultra for 199$ then just the package on B3V is 80/mo so in 2 monthes your reciever has paied for itself.

No worries tho, viewsat has never let us down and there will be a sign of hope. Hopefully the new files (posted today) will last a little longer then 1hr.

    OK Everyone
A couple of points to make to newbees. This is called testing, so you should have a sub backup for when bins no longer work. This is not called free tv. So don't expect it to work all the time, and the coders put out bins free of charge, and they don't have to. So lets be patiant and thankful to them. Expect these ECM's to continue until the coders have achieved full emulation. As for the freezing, if you take the time to read the post, instead of just complaing that there are no new fixes, you would have read that this is a Temporary fix, and the coders are working on a permanit one. I have been in the sat buisness since 1985 and in the testing end since 1999. In the old days we had to program cards this was very dificult and time consuming. With the advent of FTA everyone jumped on the wagon, but it seems that they only complain when it's not working!!!!!!!!!!! So give the coders a break, they will come out with a fix. NUFF SAID!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for this responce. I think of this like a game. I have been doing this sence 2005. I thought that we should be testing the new bins for problems then post them. But, I feel that people should not post dooms day for the FTA's. I know that older receivers are nolonger supported. Then it is time to up grade. I started with a Fortec Ultra. I still have one working. I just replaced one with a Viewsat Pro.

This last bin, I am having trouble with no sound on 1/2 the ppv. and some time the VS PRO freezes. It only last for 30 seconds. Other than that I get the chanels that my wife and 9year son likes. I get to play with tec stuff. Thanks to the programers.
