[Noobie Question?] viewsat ultra

Can anyone please tell me if they are currently able to watch BEV 91 or EchoStar 110?
Or is it just me and I have done something wrong.

I have not used my receiver for over a year. Perhaps there is something I need to do?
I installed 10 09 02 and 10 09 09.
I have a signal of 73 and Q that bounces from 0 to 75?

TP Frequency 12224
DiSEqC 1.0 None
Motor Off
Legacy SW None
I currently have no info on the guide and the Q is at 0 when I chose a station.
I also have duplicate stations/

I do not have WF unit. Are you telling me that I need a Weather Forecaster in order for my ViewSat to work?
I use an aircard for internet.
