nightly viewsat is down what is happening with the server please it's time to solve this problem viewsat always been the number 1

nothing on either box this morning.

Viewsats are working I've been watching most of the day...I had to turn my Max off at the back then turn back on but has been on all day after that

still no ack from server on Ultra or Maxhd

I swear to god I am watching right now on ultra and my wife is upstairs watching max

Have you tried turn off receiver then disconnect power from wf then turn on receiver then reconnect power to wf....

Yes. Could be a DNS problem. Will be back up soon I hope.

Hey Just a quick tip if you haven't disconnected your w/f i wouldn't if i were you. Once you disconnect it, it will not reconnect to the server. Found this out the hard way.. been waiting for a reconnection since 1 a.m last night when i moved stuff around in the livingroom. Reset router. Reset Modem, Reset w/f aswell as the vs. got up this morning and still have nothing. SO DO NOT UNPLUG YOUR W/F! sorry about the caps

You must be the only one with a VS Receiver working on Public server.

So please do post up what the secret to your success is.

OMG this is just like it was about a month ago when it would not reconnect to server.
Both mine are still up, I haven't had to shut them down for any reason so maybe wf has to upgrade their software again, so it connects to the right ip.
I was down for 2 weeks the last time something like this happened, hopefully wf will get a handle on it soon.
