It has come to our attention that the Weather Forecaster may not be functioning properly. We are working to assess the problem and will update this page with more information and any possible fix that might be neccessary.
Please do not get upset or angry if any support emails are not returned in the next 48 hours. We are working with the manufacturer to determine the exact problem.
If you have recently purchased a new unit, please do not contact us because you think the item is defective. We will alert you when the item should be working or with a fix.
Please check back to this page for updates which will be made throughout the day.
We will extend the return policy to 45 days for anyone who purchased on or after February 15th.
Please bare with us while we work to fix the problem that exists. Your Weather Forecaster is most likely not defective, so please be patient while we get it working for you again
