[Not Working!] Is anybody up yet? / wf jams my router / ca not set my new IP address

The WF seems to jam my router. when I plug it in I have a hard time loading web pages.

I tried to update my new IP address to the receiver but it would not accept three digits only 2 digets? Any suggestions?

any good news? for how long we'll be down ant body knows?
