VS Ultra WFEMU issue not communicating with software

Im not sure what im missing here but my setup works fine with my VS 9000, I connect my ultra to the same setup and its not communicating with the box.

When i go into serial setup>Network s/w upgrade it shows New software DX-X00-N APP 2.00.19 and Tekz Windows WFemu, and on the WFemu i can see the request being sent for network version, but after that i get no other communication from the box and WFemu.

If i unplug the ultra and plug my VS 9000 to teh same setup, it works fine.

I must be missing something here.

Steps i took in preparing the ultra

1 PFTAUSW-Cleaner-U.PGM
2 PFTAUSW-100902U.PGM
3PFTAUSW-110509U.PGM

If since ran the latest file PFTAUSW-110802U thinking that would work.

Not sure what else to try

Try hitting the NTSC/PAL button on your receiver remote and make sure your autoroll is turned off..............

hmmm, can't seem to see that button on the remote. Where is it located?

If you have the same remote i have it will be directly under the STB button on the left upper side of the remote, judging by the fact that you are not the first to ask that and i can't seem to find a picture of it, i find strange now..........?

This is a picture i found, i have a newer version of the remote.

Nope, my remote is not the same. There is no button like that on mine, but thank you for yor response, it was much appreciated
