[Help!] No Picture Or Sound

Have a Viewsat Pro...have put in the latest file...tuned to 110..can get one cartoon channel and the ppv advertising on 500 also can get the info for all the other channels but no picture on sound on them...What am I doing wrong???

turn off then on from back if that doesn't work try rescaning channels

check ur dish up on the roof to see if it's aligning it correctly. on ur menu for antenna, do u see 110 on top of the screen? if not, then the problem is the dish.

to adjust you aiming and also is this the first time you had this problem or have you loaded bins and was it working before??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Do you mean I have to tune to 119 and 110 ..to receive 110???

no you can just search for 110 if you like but that is up to you...

Still not working getting a cartoon channel , 500 , and the current channel...nothing else..

I loaded the newest factory file for viewsat pro.

did a factory reset...then loaded the newest bin ...adjusted the dish to receive 86 percent quality...rescanned...nothing

I think the bin just went down,so you did everything right just have to be patient till a new bin comes out.

Put the latest bin in but still only 3 channels with any on ...others are black...a cartoon channel...current channel and channel 500...

Could it be something wrong with my viewsat??? Or am I missing something else?

are you sure you installed the latest bin
how did you install in
I used the usb method
it may not be installed proper
