psp and laptop problem...can u help me?

when i connect my psp(fat psp) to my laptop,files in th psp does not appear..only video file is appear..but when i connect it to another pc,all the files appear..it had been 3 times i format my laptop..before this,i used windows xp..at first,nothing goes wrong..but later,it start become crazy..when i use windows xp before,when i connect the psp,a message appeared "win32 error"..i dont understand what it is....now i use original windows 7.but the problem still the same..maybe my laptop goes wrong..can u tell me what has happen to my laptop n what i gonna do?..please.....i usesp fat(software-3.90)-windows 7 ultimate(sorry.my english is not so good) =)

Try connecting your psp to your laptop then wait until it come go to computer right click the psp click properties and go to the tools and click check for errors. if this doesn't work make sure you have a memory card ...and that the psp recognizes the memory card and it isn't corrupted or anything you can also connect your psp to your laptop open it go to organize / folder and search options (i am telling you for windows 7) go to view when menu pops up and tick show hidden files/folders
