This is called Blue screen of death, when a program or a driver or whatever causes a problem to the operating system, windows crashes and the pc restarts automatically.1st of all, download this little program:http://www.computerbild.de/download/BlueScreenView-4987004.htmlThen,run the program and it will show u what exactly causes the problem.Right click on the file that causes the problem, click properties and u ll be able to see where exacty it is.Go there and delete it.

This could be a software(virus, data corruption) or a hardware problem(overheating)Since it usually happens when you are playing games and watching movies, I'm guessing its a hardware problem. This happened to me when I overclocked my CPU and I didn't upgrade my CPU cooler. It overheated and showed me the Blue Screen.
