xbox 360 media center mce browser problem?

I downloaded the anthony parks software web browser like everyone says to. i have windows 7 and i noticed on all the youtube vidoes when they open up media center from their xbox it says start on the left side. mine does not say that and does not have the "online media" option. do i need some kind of update? or is there a different way to get to it from my version?

ive been trying to do this and i think it only works for vista and xp and 32 bit users. im running windows 64 bit which is why i think it wont work for me
