Ever have that problem in Windows 7 where you delete or move files and the explorer windows doesn't update the changes in the explorer window?
Well here is a way to have explorer automatically refresh.
As with any registry edit I recommend you make a system restore point or back up the registry in case you need to restore registry.
1. Click on Start orb in the bottom left
2. Type "regedit" in the search box and hit the enter key.
3. Right click "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" and click edit -> Find.
4. Type "dontrefresh" in the search box and then hit the enter key.
5. You will see DontRefresh, right click on it and then click Modify and set it to 0.
6. Reboot your computer.
Now explorer windows should automatically refresh and display the changes in real time every time you make a change.
