I was thinking upgrading to windows 7, should I get 'Home Premium' or 'Starter'? I can't tell what the differences are, just that starter is way cheaper?
Windows 7 'Home Premium' or 'Starter' what's the difference?
Like Energizer said, Starter is a bare bone version, like a base model car. If all your going to be doing with it is sufing the web and typing documents, then start if fine, but if you want it all go with 'Home Premium'
