on my windows xp laptop i had motorola phone tools tools installed and i could transfer songs with no problem. but now i installed the software on my windows vista home premium desktop computer (the software is vista capable) and it says this annoying message "unsupported format (mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing)"

Sorted.http://www.looprecorder.de/tut_l3codec.phpI just downloaded the l3codecp.reg then ran it.Then changed just this line - couldn't find the other two things it said to check.[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32]"msacm.l3acm"="l3codecp.acm"Anyway - it did the trick.
