Shooting in Surrey leaves 1 injured

A shooting in Surrey has left a man in his 20s seriously injured in hospital.
The shooting occurred in front of a residence on 127 Street and 67th Avenue, at around 5:30 p.m. PT Friday.
Reporters on the scene saw torn clothing in front of the house, presumably cut off the victim by paramedics. He was rushed to Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, where he underwent surgery.
Police say the attack was targeted but do not yet know whether it was gang-related. They are looking for a white car, possibly a Honda or Acura, that was seen fleeing the scene.
