Mom: Boy's disappearance 'very planned'
PORTLAND, Ore., The mother of a missing Oregon boy said Wednesday she believes his disappearance was "very planned."

In an interview on NBC's "Today Show," Desiree Young put the blame on Terri Horman, Kyron Horman's stepmother. Horman is the last person known to have seen the 7-year-old alive when she took him to a school science fair.

"I think it was very planned," Young said.

She had no proof but said there was a "red flag," that Kyron was increasingly unwilling to return home to his father and stepmother in Portland after visits with her and her husband in Medford, Ore.

"He wanted to come live with us," she said. "Several times he would just break down and sob because he wanted to stay."

Horman's lawyer said she has agreed to move out of the house she once shared with Kaine Horman, Kyron and a young daughter. Her husband left her not long after Kyron vanished.

Young said she is angry about allegations Terri Horman had a relationship with a neighbor who had been a high school friend of her husband. The man has admitted he and Terri sent each other explicit text messages but has denied a physical relationship.
