WILMINGTON, Del. - November 17, 2010 -- Two school bus drivers have been charged following a crash Wednesday morning in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. when the buses were dropping off students in front of the Moyer Academy at 610 East 17th Stret.

While there, police say 24-year-old Charles Wilson moved his bus forward and hit another bus driven by 33-year-old Kimberly Rinehart.

Some students were complaining of injuries, so paradmedics were called and 10 students were taken to area hospitals for minor injuries.

However, no one contacted police and officers said they are unsure why there was a delay.

Both Wilson and Rinehart were charge with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.

Additionally, Wilson was also charged for inattentive driving and having no proof of insurance.

The injured students are in grades 9 through 12.
