Mohand Mohamed, 31 and from Richmond Hill, is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying this month of a 27-year-old Toronto man in Vaughan.


A Richmond Hill man accused in the Vaughan slaying of a 27-year-old man this month has been named in a Canada-wide arrest warrant.

York Regional Police have released a photo of Mohand Mohamed, 31, after the shooting death of Arash Elijah Bakhtaryani outside the Paradise Banquet and Convention Centre.

Mohamed is charged with first-degree murder and is considered armed and dangerous.
