Hello! I understand that if I load the NPN 8.01 file I will cure my connection issue. My problem is that when I press OK on the remote after locating the file on my USB stick, nothing happens. The upgrade screen does not appear. I can however load the .ups file with no trouble. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!
