EMS Acquires Satamatics, Eutelsat Supports Belgian TV

EMS Technologies said it signed an agreement to acquire Satamatics Global, a provider of Inmarsat IsatM2M services and headquartered in the United Kingdom --- Airfield Media Group contracted satellite capacity within the Hot Bird video neighborhood operated by Eutelsat. The capacity will be used to broadcast five Belgian French-language channels for the new TeleSAT, pay-TV platform, the companies said.
