Astronauts on the International Space Station have successfully opened the hatch leading to the station's newest room, the Rassvet module (MRM-1).
"Everything looks normal, everything is great," station commander Oleg Kotov radioed down to Mission Control. The official opening time was 6:52 a.m. EDT
