How do you burn a blu ray movie?Hello,I've just bought this Buffalo 8x Blu-ray burner and I'm really struggling. I can make dvd's with DVD flick that play fine in my PS3. But the reason I bought this writer was so I could watch full 1080p movies on my PS3.I have now burned 3 different movies and none of them are working. When I put them in my PS3 it just says it is a data disc rather than a blu ray disc.I have burned to Blu Ray discs (25GB) using IMG Burn and I just don't know where I'm going wrong.Do you have any suggestions for software or instructions on how to use the software?Please help me,Thank you

I think the problem you are running into is that your discs are not 1:1. Are you trying to copy or "backup" your existing movie? Make sure to use a program like AnyDVD HD to remove the copy protection. ok ps3 plays mp4 formats so u have to get ur movies transferred into mp4 format in order for u to watch them on the ps3 and u dont need a blu-ray burner for that u can use a dvd burner to burn mp4 format on regular dvds and play them on ur ps3 go to bing and search SuperEasy Video Converter its a program that lets u convert to what ever u want its very easy and it lets u try for like 30 days b4 u buy and it only costs 9.99 for the serial and no reoccuring charges after that

I doubt you can get free burning software that's capable of writing in blu ray format. You would need to purchase a program like Nero:http://www.nero.com/enu/nero9-introduction.html
