[Noobie Question?] Looking Help

Hi , I'm new here and my cnx remote quit working. (6 Month old). I'm trying to set up my logitech remote for the reciever and it wants a model number. I can't find any number on the unit, the original box or the remote control.Any help would be great.

so you don't know if you have a cnx mini, trio/duo, or nano,

Have you replace the batteries and then press stb on it...sometimes they stop working when you replace the batteries and do not press stb afterwards..

Have you tried talking to your dealer about warranty on them...

Hi , The unit is a mini and the batteries have been replace. Last thing to do is try for a warranty replacement which I will do next week.

Like Casper said try to hit stb button sometimes people over look that Cheers Happy Holidays..
