A 15-year-old boy who disappeared from a Calgary bus station has been found safe, police say.
The teen was travelling alone from Portage La Prairie, Manitoba to Langley, B.C. when he disappeared early Thursday morning. Police said he was last seen leaving the Greyhound bus station in downtown Calgary without his luggage.
Greyhound officials said the boy went missing some time after he told a ticket agent that he had lost his ticket for the next leg of his trip.
The boy turned up unharmed at the Greyhound station on Friday afternoon, officials said.
Police said they are trying to find out where the teen was for 24 hours, but that it is not a criminal matter.
