Introducing the all-new Viewsat Max HD, being brought to you by one of the most respected and trusted names in this industry; Viewsat. The VS Max HD is a dual USB PVR Set Top Box which comes equipped with a blazing 200 MHz processor and Xtreme 32MB of SD RAM. Much like any other Viewsat receiver, the user interface is remarkable and operation is ease of use, this unit is truly designed for a newbie.

In terms of software and features, the Viewsat Max HD offers a 9 days advanced electronic program guide along with the most advanced and easy to use graphical user interface (as mentioned above). For those that are keen to view foreign programming which is offered by certain broadcasters, Viewsat has taken the liberty to pre-install a X-Crypt access card reader which will allow viewing of those programs once an active subscription has been purchased from the service provder.

Much like the older Viewsat 9000, this unit has Dolby Digital Surround Sound, HDMI, Component Video, S-Video and Composite outputs.
