Every once in a while I come across a file that I cannot delete and I get a permission denied error in Windows 7.
After a long time searching I found a tool that helps to solve this problem. The tool is called unlocker and you can download it here:
UNLOCKER
So far it's worked every single time I have a Permission Denied error on the file I wanted to move or delete.
All you have to do is right-click on the file, click on the unlocker option from the pop-up menu, it then asks you what you would like to do delete or move etc. It works every time!
