Porn star Capri Anderson to file criminal charges against Charlie Sheen
The porn star who was with Charlie Sheen when he trashed a New York hotel room is filing a criminal complaint against the actor.
Capri Anderson - who alleges Sheen hurled lamps at her, choked her, lunged at her with a suspected knife and threatened to kill her - will meet with police in New York today, her lawyer revealed on US television.
Anderson, who initially didn't tell cops about Sheen's alleged criminal behaviour after the incident at Manhattan's five-star Plaza Hotel last month, will also file a civil lawsuit against Sheen today in a Los Angeles court, alleging battery, assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress.
Her lawyer, Keith M. Davidson, who claims Sheen offered his client money to keep quiet, said: "She's filing a police report against Mr. Sheen today."
Sheen's lawyer Yale Galatner has issued a statement saying that Sheen won't pay the porn star a penny.
"Ms. Anderson never made any allegation of wrongful conduct... the night of the incident. She has posted on her website that she was 'fine' after the incident," the statement read.
"We will defend this lawsuit vigorously and will never pay her a dime.
"These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity."
