here a few idea that many members have done,, always back up your system

(1) c/p

RE-LOADED 419, hard reboot STB , RE-scanned all birds, turn off and let it sit for the time being. Some said let the STB totally off helps.

always; turn off Unit let set for some time maybe 1hr had same problem ip config came back up .If do not work reload 418 let set it will come back

(2) C/P

Try this, change the method you upgrade your iHub by doing this:
Power off your box with the switch in the back. Wait 30 seconds then power it back on. Wait for Network adapter connect message to appear. Then power off your box using your remote control so that you see clock on front LED.
Then upgrade your iHub to 2.2 using Wiznet, and later load BIN 419.
Let it sit on channel 105 for at least 3 minutes.
I can't guarantee it'll work but this method worked for me so it's worth a shot

(3) C/P

1st of all i have vista. 5e ihub. on public server.
never converted for private server.
have modem & router setup.
remember to record your ip info prior to updating.
i downloded wiznet 3.0.2 & v419 s/w & ihub v2.2 to computer.
i did not shutdown or disconnect anything.
loaded v419 s/w to the sv360p using thumb drive.
opened wiznet.
dot on static.
enter local ip.
enter subnet.
enter gateway.
leave dot on mixed.
click on search icon.
port no. automatically populated.
click on v2.2 file.
click on upload.
click on exit icon.
pic came in in approx 3 min.
hope this can help someone.

here are some of the best Idea I found

it must be back up now I see no reports for the last hr.

it look to me you are connected just let it sit,, you may reboot box, this work for me afew times and I seen it did connect to server
or
reboot both dsl and your box just switch off the back wait 30 sec. then turn on the dsl 1st. let that boot up all the way,
then your sv box Wait for Network adapter connect message to appear. set it on a good channel like 121 or 189 then walk away let it sit. it may take an hr, or even longer..

What version do you have in WIZNET?? if 82 try this

Fixing the ihub v82 version bug

you got the version 82 bug...you need to fix that first then we can get it going

on the XP computer operating system
1-goto start>network connections>right click then choose properties
2-right click on local area connections and select properties,go to the tcp/ip line in the window and double left click
3-goto Alternate Configuration and change it to User configured, enter address 192.168.11.52,subnet 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.11.1
4-now exit and reboot computer
5-with receiver in standby run wiznet and it should find the ihub
6-upload 1.9 then reboot receiver
7-goto receiver menu>installation>ipconfig
8-set to dhcp
9-enter serial number and hit apply
10-reboot receiver
