What is right (best) temperature for AMD phenom II x6 1090T?

According to this, it should not exceed 62 degrees C:http://products.amd.com/en-ca/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=640A "safe" temperature would be in the low to mid 40's.

About half the max temp! A lot depends on the CPU cooler your using, the heat control paste, and air flow. Of course the lower the better! I have the 1055T OCed to 3.4 with an Corsair H70..it runs about 28C idle and never goes above 34-36C when playing games.
