Where can I find a Linux compatible driver for a Linksys Wireless-G PCI Adapter?

I recently set up my XP machine on a Linksys wireless router and decided to try and add my older Linux machine to the network as well. The machine does not have wireless, so I bought a Linksys Wireless-G PCI card today and installed it, but the drivers included with it are only for XP and Vista. Are there any third party drivers out there I can use?

It depends on the Linux Distro you are using, but it may work out-of-the-box, no third party drivers needed. Try popping it in and see if it works. If that's the case, you're golden. If not, then you can install NDISWrapper for your Linux distribution. It's fairly common so you should be able to find it for your distro. Once you install NDISWrapper, you can use the Windows driver that came with your Linksys card to make it work.
