First go to the windows folder go to system 32 delete as many files as possible in that folder

Select Never combine

Here's something that might help a lot of people, and how to prevent those pesky programs from starting up when you turn your computer on and taking up all your RAM.
It's pretty simple:
Click Start > type msconfig
Click the startup tab
Uncheck any program you do not NEED to start when windows...
All you have to do is create a shortcut anywhere you'd like and name it:
