An Old Farmer

An old Farmer was hauling a load of manure when he was stopped by the local O.P.P(Ontario Provincial Police),
"You were speeding!", Says the cop, "I'm going to have to give you a ticket."
"Yep," the farmer says as he watches the trooper shoo away some flies.
"These flies are terrible," complains the officer.
"Yep," Agrees the farmer. "Them are Circle Flies."
"What's a Circle Fly?", Asks the officer
"Them's the flies that circles a horse's arse," answers the farmer. "Them are Circle Flies."
"You wouldn't be calling me a horse's arse, would you?" Asks the officer a little angrily.
"Nope, I wouldn't" the farmer replied. "But you can't fool them flies"
