are drivers from vista good for windows 7?

I have an Asus notebook and I haven't found drivers for windows 7, can I use them from vista? Will the OS be functional?

Win7 is fully compatible with Vista drivers. Win7 is basically Vista done correctly.

Vista and Windows 7 drivers are compatable. Windows 7 just has minor fixes and layout options fixed from vista, and just a few files are completely remade to make windows 7 faster.
