At What price Can I buy an Ati Radeon HD 4850 in China ?

I'm in china for one week and im willing to buy an ati radeon hd 4850...Can someone tell me at what price is it kuz i'm taking plane tomorrow I have only 5 hr to buy one so I must go to bank !ThanksPS : In USA it is 50-75 $ but in china it is 0-50 $ so at guanzhou market !But Is it good quality ?

Quality components will cost more in China than in the USA. They will cost even more so if they are bought locally with their currency compared to buying while in the US.
