Bell announces home service plan

Bell Canada today unveiled two new customer service programs: Same Day Next Day service for Bell TV Internet and home phone lines, and and Express Install for next-day installation of all its three home services.
"These two new service initiatives support our number-one strategic imperative - improve customer service." said CEO George Cope.
The bid to improve customer service comes as Bell Canada proceeds with its plan to become a private company by the end of the year.
