Bravo gave a series greenlight to four new shows Wednesday, including a Beverly Hills edition of its "Real Housewives" franchise.
The cable network plans to expand its lineup by 20% and open up a fifth night of primetime original programing this year. The announcements were made as part of the network's "upfront" presentation to advertisers, where it boasted four consecutive years of ratings gains.
New series greenlights include the long-rumored "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"; "Miami Social Club" (a docuseries about Miami's social elite); "Million Dollar Decorators" (as it sounds, a docusoap about L.A.'s high-end interior designers); and "Pregnant in Heels" (a docusoap about the owner of a Manhattan maternity service helping mothers-to-be).
Returning series are "The Fashion Show" for a second season, "Million Dollar Listing" for a fourth season, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" for Season 3, and "Tabatha's Salon Takeover" for Season 3.
Projects in development include a docuseries following "So You Think You Can Dance" choreographer Mia Michaels, two culinary competition shows, a "Project Runway"-style series, and a competition series for singer-songwriters.
