Can I use a ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series to run a ps2 emulator?

Im thinking about downloading a PS2 emulator so i can play KH and KH2 on my pc. i want to know if an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series graphics card is enough to get the job done. If I CAN run it, some links to safe, virus-free emulators would be much apprecciated.

It should be compatible with most emulators, but no, it doesn't have nearly enough processing power to use an emulator that uses GPU acceleration.
