How do I update my ATI radeon xpress 1150 driver?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1510 with an ATI radeon xpress 1150 display driver and I was wondering where I can update it. Any info is appreciated.already tried that and it said its the newest version but i know its not because i just did an operating system renew or whatever its called.

Start-Control Panel- Device Manager - Display - Right Click on your ATI RADEON xpress and click Update
