CNX Trio/Duo

I been away for awhile now..........was told my cnx trio/duo.........don't work in Canada........Can someone please tell me if there is fixes.......as my last factory was 5.13
Has anything change of doing settings if theres any.........It would mean alot
to get back on track as I'm out dated on cnx
