after file 166 went down 2 days ago, my coolsat 6000 receiver froze, i cant change channals, turn on or off, or do anything with it, i have to turn the power swich (on the back) off and the on, and it may or may not work. it doesnot seem to respond to the remote control either. PLEASE any suggestions to why it may be doing this, i'd appreciate your help.

What u can do to get control back again is power of stb in the back then disconnect the coaxial feed from ur lnb then power box back up change channel to a local channel then hook up ur coaxial again then u will have control over box but only locals till new fix comes out
