Kabul, Afghanistan-- Officials on Monday were investigating how a man in NATO custody died.
The detainee was found dead in his holding cell in southern Afghanistan Sunday, the International Security Assistance Force said.
He had been captured during an operation a day earlier and was being held in Kandahar province, the force said.
ISAF did not offer further details other than to say an investigation has begun.
