EVENTS: FCC Bureau Chief to Speak at ISIS
On Oct. 14, Helen Domenici, chief of the International Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission, will be the featured luncheon keynote speaker at ISIS NYC 2008.
The event also features keynote speakers David Meltzer, senior vice president for international services at the American Red Cross, and Mark Dankberg, chairman and CEO at ViaSat.
